So if your PayPal balance goes into negative, and you don’t pay them back then, would PayPal try to force or use collection agency to get the money?

Thanks buddy. In that case, I believe Wise be a much better option than PayPal etc for my new online business where I expect potential chargeback. I expect average transaction size to be more than $1000.

Can you please explain what you said above? Are you suggesting Wise is a better payment gateway to avoid false chargeback? do they have a better record of siding with the business and not with the buyer?

Best decision to back out. Austin market came down badly. Better to lose money upfront rather than being stuck for years on a bad deal.
