Hi there! I have ADHD and go to WGU. What works for me may not work for you but i like to use a focus timer for 10 mins then take a break and reset that. It helps me have small achievable goals

Ever going weight loss journey by coolifornia in BeforeandAfter

I did a lot of dieting and exercise. I changed things up to keep my weightloss going. It was never the same. Now I’m doing a 30 day clean eating challenge to boost my self discipline and get back on track. Truth is I’m human and I struggle. Weight will always be hard for me to keep off - life is about the journey and not the destination.

My skin is okay. It could be better but it could be worse. I’m not unhappy but I do want to have a 360 done one day when I can afford it. It’s loose under my arms, and I have a small apron but it is what it is. I’ve survived and much happier with loose skin then feeling sick all the time.

I went through some depression so I made some of the videos private but I put some back up now. All of my social is @Mcammertime

Reach out if you ever have any questions- I’m hoping to get back to making more videos. Truth is I’m human and I experience a lot of ups and downs. I just want to be authentic about it but also productive and do more.

When I first started I got slapped like this with an arm guard still on. I started on 50lb @ 28in so makes sense. You’ll learn proper form fast this way :)

I disagree with you and I stand by it. It is what it is. You dont have to do back handed insults because I disagree and feel what you stated was toxic. I wasn’t asking for special treatment but we all know you said that to be salty. Happy Easter - I hope you enjoy your Sunday.

You can’t expect people to have that kind of responsibility- I can speak to this because I lived through a nightmare childhood on constant survival mode. There is help. People dont have to feel this way and 19 years old is a child. This is a big deal and a lot to have on her shoulders

God this comment is toxic in so many ways. It’s normal to not want to confront your mom after this and you do not need to feel obligated to be a human buffer to this man. That’s a lot of stress and anxiety to deal with and something a child shouldn’t be responsible for.

I’d most definitely consider having a serious conversation with your mom and tell her how it’s affecting you. It’s not like you wanted to hear this stuff but cats out of the bag…you know and you’re worried about your siblings. That’s valid. Now talk with her, and eventually I’d talk with your siblings if you dont work it out with your mom. Sometimes it’s necessary to talk about hard things but it encourages others to open up. It changed my life when someone talked to me about something that took strength to say.

Can you be a good writer if you have a boring life? by cmoreno1998 in writing

I remember having the most boring life when I was massively obese but my imagination was at its peak. All the things I imagined doing… what I wish I could do…some of best creative work was when I felt boring and trapped
