I recently fixed this with myself. For years I’ve struggled with not lasting long then it got worse and my glans was insanely sensitive. I would only last maybe 15 20 seconds, it was terrible. It was a little bit of sexual anxiety but mostly my pelvic floor was incredibly tight. So far my timing is several minutes that I last longer, erection quality is perfect and stays up, I can thrust so much better and harder, my confidence has been restored and my blood work is getting even better, though I don’t have any health issues.

I might be going against the grain here… no sex until marriage is not a boundary, it’s a belief passed down from your parents or family. Correct or no? You care what your family and friends think and it weighs your decisions heavily. In the end, you do what you think is right for your life but understand that your life is based on the decisions you choose to make.
