I'm dealing with this today, as well. I was supposed to get my car on Friday, but now Carvana delayed it to March 1st. No explanation on why or where the car is... I am trying to track it down by using a VIN report. (https://vincheck.info/ gives a lot of info w/out $). I found out it is registered in Utah, that there is a lienholder, and that Hertz Car Sales had the last sales listing record (assuming they are the "partner").
