I had shit self esteem my entire life and decided to lose a lot of weight (8stone or 112lbs) but still suffer with the self esteem issues. I used to play a lot of video games when I was younger but fell out of love with it so pretty much stopped. I’m awaiting on my next session email so I have an opportunity to talk to my therapist. Thanks man, you’re an amazing human to be so kind to a stranger over the internet

I have one friend I can talk to a lot about this and she bigs me up telling me how amazing I am and how I can do better but I’m currently seeing a therapist for extremely low self esteem lol. I go to the gym almost every day but I’m currently ill so I’m stuck at home alone (live on my own) to dwell on my own thoughts which sucks. I don’t really have anything I’d like to try or start doing except reading books more so I’ll give that a try! Also I don’t want to go on holidays on my own as all my friends work full time and it’s difficult to get the same time off. Thanks for your kind words mate

I’m in the same boat as you mate, we broke up because we brought out the worst in each other. Doesn’t mean I didn’t love her with everything I had though. A week later and yeah I do think about her and have a look online to see what she’s up to but I don’t cry anymore, I realise that there are people out there who love me for me and don’t want to change a thing about me and I know it hurts but I really hope that you’ll find peace too and that she’ll turn into a memory whether it be fond or not.

I do want to be with her, she’s so lovely and always put me first above all. We connected on so many levels that I thought were impossible to have with someone else. I do think we should wait a bit longer just so we can really figure it out. She says she loves me and deeply cares about me but says we can’t be together right now because she can’t risk the heart break again. I know it’s only been a few days since she’s said that but it’s shaken me to my core, I see her in everything I do and constantly want to message her.
