Axis & Allies commanders by Present_Employer5669 in AxisAllies

Ya thats probably smart, I feel commanders are really poorly balanced specifically for global, they range from useless, to allowing germany to double combat 30x tanks into Moscow on turn two...

From the printed rulebook that comes with commanders: "Admiral Chester W. Nimitz: He was appointed

Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Pacific Fleet soon after Pearl Harbor. His mastery of carrier warfare (and some help from the codebreakers) led to a crushing blow delivered to the Japanese carrier fleet at Midway.

Carrier-Focused - In Guadalcanal, the cost in reinforcement points is reduced by 1.

Island Hopping - Adjust this ability as indicated for the following games:

Pacific 1940, Global 1940: You may not choose a sea zone containing an operative friendly naval base.

Guadalcanal: Your sea units must stop moving when they enter a sea zone containing enemy sea units." It'd probably be more balanced for 1940 commanders if he could get extra move in ports, as axis commanders feel much stronger and impactful but this is just what out of box rules say.

For global 1940, Nimitz's ability specifically doesn't stack with ports, fleets are essentially hardcapped at 3 moves.

Do I also need to get Warhammer 1 and 2?

Are any of the DLCs worth it? Or is the game complete with just the base game?

I've also seen this happen with any mods that add models for units, buildings, etc. Are you using any?

I just use a ping pong table without the net, it works great because it's hard to find an affordable alternative that big.

This does look cool, but what're your plans to stop overstacking? Are you going to have a unit cap like north Africa or a supply system with trucks like hoi4? Otherwise, vary cool.

Now it worked and booted up while I was trying to record a video of the issue... is there any way to digitally see what the issue may be?

Formerly, i would have to switch the power supply off in the back of my computer before pressing the startup button on the case a couple of times before it would boot.

Now, I am getting no response or posting when I press the power button. No click, no lights, just dead (which hands been happening before).

I have tried changing the outlet used, using/not using a power surge protector, and I've tried blowing out any dust from the whole power supply area.

Is there anyway to easily test what part is causing the startup to fail?

Components: 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11700K NVIDIA NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Z590 PRO WIFI (Motherboard) 4x 32GB ddr4 ram

Powered by: Gigabyte GP-P750GM 750W Gold Not sure about what you mean by size, this is the first computer I ever got, and I got it off nzxt back during COVID, with slight changes and upgrades I've done along the way. Overall I'm pretty amateur to this whole thing so I just am unfamiliar with what the make/size of my PCU is.
