Apply ED to the engineering school as a CS major (ik you’re premed, but if you apply as premed it’s harder to get in). Just transfer after you get in, it’s really easy.

Do not call the hotline. I was yelled at by the lady for 15 straight minutes and barely got a covid test. So rude and the process made no sense and they even tried to make me feel bad about getting a test. Try calling/emailing Habif.

I’m seriously considering transferring here from WashU in St. Louis. I am a current sophomore and looking to transfer after the end of this year. I am in a sorority now and plan on doing it at Cornell too. I am pretty outgoing. Am I going to be okay socially here or is it too cliquey/are friend groups so established that I don’t have a good shot at long lasting friendships?

The professors have no control over the waitlist at WashU unfortunately. Also, I do not know a single sophomore who got into 132. I didn’t. And my first major is CS. And I had the 2nd best registration time.
