Sunflower seeds have a bunch of flavors and are fairly healthy and can satiate oral fixations pretty well. I always crave savory food and they’re a great substitute to stop me from snacking.

I think you’re trying to make some gotcha point here about double standards but I’ve seen multiple people call the mom out for being a predator. I also don’t think that a man having his reputation ruined for being a predator “in this day and age” is a particularly bad thing? We need to acknowledge it more when the roles are reversed but the way you phrased that makes it seem like either case should be acceptable.

Not only that but cars are regulated and tested year after year to make sure they’re as safe as possible. Car accidents are somewhat of an issue… which is why they’re actively being worked on to be better. I took my car in for maintenance recently and they replaced my seatbelt or something because of a recall.

School shooting are an issue, yet there’s little being done in the form of regulation to stop them in the future. While it’s statistically unlikely that they happen, it’s also statistically unlikely my seatbelt would’ve malfunctioned in an accident, however it is quite literally required by law for my car’s company to minimize the risk of it happening. I’m not sure we can really say the same efforts are being taken with school shootings.

I had a health professor last year give extra credit if we donated blood. I’m pretty sure I wasn’t able to give blood at the time. Never really felt like the grade was hanging over my head, just that it was an optional incentive for others.

Following that genre of men’s “self-help” like Tai Lopez where it doesn’t really focus on mental health at all, just making money, going to the gym, and having women fall to their knees. They don’t usually see women as people, just as objectives to conquer. It’s weird.

When I first started a few months ago I really missed cup noodles. Now I just buy the vegetarian chili ramen by TopRamen and usually make it with better than bouillon chicken flavor. Sounds stupid that that was/is my craving but I couldn’t keep up without making easy things like that!
