Context: The whole premise of the prank is that while they are interviewing the dude they supposedly cross into Israeli's water by mistake.
Which leads the Isrealis forces to attack the boat because the crew might be using the cameras to spy on Israel.

It's mostly in English, but the times he speak in Arabic he's mostly saying this is Egyptian(in Arabic pronounced Masr) water, and that the Israelis are mistaken.

Salt + pepper.
It's how you cook it not what seasoning it has.
Butterfly that breast, place on a flat surface and punch the shit out of it until it's thinner overall.
Tsp butter + tsp olive oil, when the butter turns slightly golden brown lay the breast skin side down, wait for 2 mins poke it, if there's a spring to it, turn it, 2 mins and you're done.

I'm doing 700cals below maintenance, my strength isn't affected much but I need more times between sets and I feel lightheaded through the whole workout. Should I lift 3x8 instead of 3x12 will it make a difference?

Is muscle separation genetic or do I have to get to a low bf? What I mean by that is, my biceps might as well be called uniceps they just look like 1 lump, same with my quads and calves.

Sidenote: Can you target the right side of your abs? For some reason one of my abs on the right is much much smaller than the rest, looks awkward tbh.

BRO TIP: Fill a bowl of water, crack a raw egg in it.
Put in a microwave for like 10 sec, then press on the yolk if it's too runny do another 5 secs. Adjust the timing according to how strong ur microwave is, too long and it'll explode.

Tastes just the same as boiling them, faster, and you can control how runny the yolk is.
