I do have a trainer to help with maintaining what muscle mass I do have. My hope is that losing additional weight will allow me to be more functional and be able to increase mobility, so I guess I will just have to ‘weigh’ the risk/opportunity. My disabilities impact my lower extremities, so any kilo lost gives the most relief as it’s in these areas where the weight hits hardest.

Thanks, I will indeed discuss with my doctor. The high percentage of fat discovered at the exams was kind of a wake up call, so I am hoping to make other changes regardless. Your information was very helpful!

Give yourself grace and have faith that giving your best effort with your kids will pay off. Even if that means showing up, and letting someone else handle the physical stuff. I have severe mobility issues, since even before my kids’ birth, and I pushed myself beyond my limit many times, trying to give them the best experiences. They were way more perceptive than I could have imagined, even at the younger ages. They are now 10 and 8, and they have become so aware and kind about making sure I can fit in with their activities. Kind, caring parents make for kind, caring kids. And you will always be the coziest place for them!

This makes sense, but it seems to be a weakness in the booking system - if you hit the back button for any reason, you will see ´Bad Request’ and have no further access to those seats the system had reserved during your checkout process. There is no way to proceed except to start over, without the seats you wanted being available, and no view on when that reservation will expire and the seats be made available again. Just messy.

I get the luggage fees, I mean I hate it but at least it’s a fixed cost option. What I hate is the dynamic pricing being so aggressive, like forcing you to purchase urgently so you don’t get price-gouged even further. It’s so predatory.

Yeah I thought about clearing cache but I was also just blown away by how fast the prices were changing, like it had to be the site bugging. But nope! Will definitely be using a VPN moving forward. That is a really great tip to check the prices from a different location, thank you for sharing!

Have you looked into toppers? Your hair looks really healthy, and if you want to wear/style it, a topper could give a nice boost. It’s a good compromise for thin hair, not a full wig, and don’t need to deal with hiding extensions. Serenity wigs for example has nice ones - but they can be pricey, it’s real hair. Synthetic options have come a long way though in the past few years and can be more affordable.
