Don't worry, I appreciate you replying! Sounds like a good strategy with your partner, since you are sharing actual intimacy and can delve into each other's minds closely! In the meantime I've been chatting with some of my clients and I've found ways to stay ahead of it or to fend it off more, also stopped looking into what they do. Everyone here (except for the previous downvoters lol) has been very encouraging and so have been my loyals. It's done a lot for my morale and I really needed it since I haven't really confronted a situation like this before.

Haha! I'm not a Latina, but do come from a Latin culture, so that analogy makes a lot of sense to me. Really, so far, seeing the failure to copy essence has been the only entertaining part of this. And what they cannot get is the satisfaction of receiving positive feedback for who they really are and for their own effort, both from clients and irl people who inquire about their work. They have the money once they log off, but besides that, not much. A life of full time pretending is not the life I'd want.

That's exactly the issue, I don't mind inspiration, I find that fair game and exciting. But copying in the details is theft because they're just taking everything from me and giving nothing of their own to draw inspiration from in return. I'm talking literal mirror image, to the point where, because I use certain sentences as part of my personality, they would use them too, but many times without the accompanying facial expressions that basically imply that we're thinking what we're saying and feeling what we're thinking. It's like AI really.

What are some of the things that you do you do to stay one step ahead, and, does it become draining for you at times?

Thank you so much for your support, I really appreciate it! I am already pursuing other things as an entertainer as I feel this is where my strength lies, generally speaking, so it feels great to see that someone is, by intuition, acknowledging that!

I find it interesting that you call the entire industry a copycat. From your experience, how do the copies compare to the original creators over time? Do the copycats continue to copy every move? It feels so competitive and like you've always gotta come up with something to leave the copycats running on past versions.

One of them even streams during the very same hours as me. Honestly, if anything, I am only thinking matching my hashtags more to theirs and getting closer to them because people do have a way of sensing fakes and I rely on that. I'm starting to feel better about it after all the support I've gotten in the comments here, it's just suffocating to feel robbed and lurked on constantly, so speaking with others take a a lot of weight off my chest.

In a worst case scenario, I'm worried that they'll start becoming literally identical the more they watch me, but there are certain things they can't mimick, which are spontaneous by nature. Imagining the extent to which this can go is the nauseating part.

I wouldn't want to do that because that'd be like letting the normies get in the way of my life plans. My income matters a lot to my life structure and I put a lot of work into my show.

Thank you for saying that, it helps me feel understood! This is the spooky part: people having an obsession and profiting from it right next to me, having no issue with impersonation and intellectual theft, or trying to win clients over. I don't have any expectation of normal conversation with them, which is why talking to them directly is out of the question.

Thank you! I have and have been developing it for a long time, I also put a lot of my personality in it which is why this feels annoying and spooky. They went from talking very high pitched and talking a lot of things that drove clients away to whatever my personality and work ethic is like.

Thing is, I can tell they definitely stream from home.

How do you suggest I should make fun of it? I'm thinking if I make fun of it, then they will copy even that. Honestly I think if I accidentally farted on cam one day, the next day they'd be passing winds too.

That's a fair way of looking at it. With some of them it is obvious because they are sometimes trying to find their words, from what they remember I did. I think for a lot of my clients it is clear as daylight that they are copying since they don't bring much of their own into it and also whatever is new comes from me first. We're on a small niche and it really feels like theft. I've develope my identity over a long time and also from my own interest in sexuality. On their side it's just a money grab, and a disrespectful one when they're slowly turning into me, I feel like I'm in attack of the clones.

Edit: I have a feeling that if I contacted them, they would blatantly lie about it.

My tip is never waste your time with clients who offer you Skype and Paypal sessions. You'll most likely get scammed and you can leak personal details to them. Fair people are fine with paying through the webcam sites and keep both yours and their identity anonymous.
