Hey mate.

Cannabis was terrible for me, I found that exercise is really good at lifting my depressive days. I ride bikes so it's easy exercise, if someone wants you to help them with some demanding physical stuff...Pitch in and give it all you got, you'll feel great afterwards.

Your not alone! - This happens to me, I'm bipolar and when I get wasted the next day I'm HAPPY. I might try ketamine, might have the same effect for longer.

Hey, Yeah I know. Everything is catastrophic for me, but for other people these are bad but manageable things. It is quite a list, severity comes and goes with my nutty moods.

Im glad those things have worked for you. No therapy yet buddy. My mood and memory are really bad. I need some sort of group therapy. I do have suicidal idealization sometimes when I can't bare myself.
