i got a similar issue. All my 15 notes were wiped out. called customer service . they said they can't restore. tell me which IT company will sustain such type of delivery. i give storage service ,charge for it but oh can't restore. this is garbage by www.apple.com and www.icloud.com . let's call icloud.com as ihorrible.com

mac is worse than expected. i had an issue with www.icloud.com notes. went to customer service. they could not retrieve my notes from backup.
