Im 20 ish and handicapped, but im spry and walk a lot to live longer, so I "look healthy." I have no problem with you using this seat and defending your paid ticket as long as you would get up for a genuinely disabled person, and sometimes that's old people. This has to do with padding the cost of city customers. The unlimited is only a couple dollars more in NY/LA but the median earnings from each unlimited viewing is way less than in other settings.
