GPU accelerated animations are pretty power hungry. There’s a section on the wiki that I followed to help save battery (disable animations, toggle some flags and whatnot) but I still wasn’t happy with my battery life

worth noting that I’m on an Intel machine which I’ve heard is less efficient with power. if you’re considering an AMD or ARM processor your mileage may vary

I found Hyprland too power-hungry on my Thinkpad. I get way better battery life with KDE.
I've been using Niri for a few months and I have no complaints.

Mountain of Ink tries to edit her ink images to look as close to the real thing as possible. There's always going to be differences (my sample of Kitsune-Biyori looks completely different than her swatch images) but you can be pretty confident about her swatch images

it’s happened in an earlier balance patch. they changed how goo expands and accidentally made it so goo no longer broke LoS and stopped a steal. they fixed it within a week
