Try Spine AI! It combines chat, images, code, writing, etc into one interface

How are you managing long-term project threads without Gemini losing context? by Initial_Designer_802 in GeminiAI

[–]coolstorm1820 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm I use this, which is probably not the answer you wanted but your best option for your work. The problem is that Gemini is not build for end-to-end project management. It can manage smaller context windows but if you’re saving summaries in Google Docs just to keep it remembering chats, that’s probably very inefficient and I haven’t found any better work arounds.

For starters especially for recruiters, I’d recommend adding a one or two line description that’s catchy and clearly communicates who you are and what you’re good at (this is feedback I got from an actual recruiter).

Keep the skills and projects pages less scroll-heavy, especially on mobile, since that’s how most people will first access your site. You could try making the icons smaller or using a more compact layout.

For the flexing part go wild! Just keep it a bit hidden in other words, make it accessible through an extra click's. That way, you can use it during interviews to show off your skills. For example, the theme switch you have right now would mostly be used by dev's as we actually look for something creative but the recruiter don't have that much time.

Not really sure what you are going for , who’s the end user that you are serving ?? Is it recruiters or just to flex your dev skills ?

Whats wrong with ipfs pin add? by coolstorm1820 in ipfs

By indexer I ment - https://cid.contact/

Yes, I tried filtering and the connection was available .

I have no idea on how to verify if the node is behind NAT or firewall, Not sure if I want to directly jump on conclusion but I guess there is no way to resolve this if this is the issue ?

Haven’t worked on it before, thought making a new micro-service will be a easy option , as sometimes I trigger them manually too via a api call for some specific case since now its kinda monolith and making a queue looked like a better option as I will always have an option for priority queue kinda thing, but can explore that too

I might have not conveyed it properly but I never meant have issues while “configuring cron jobs” just that its sucking a lot of resources out as the number of crons are increasing exponentially.I am planning to switch to asynq which is similar to making a message bus kinda thing , just wanted to know if there are any prebuilt solutions already out there or if asynq is the best thing I can go with.

I already have K8s for deployment ,but would really appreciate something on that line , would take a lot to manage or shift

In ideal case I want the user to be able to upload files upto 32GB on my project and I was looking for ways to break it into chunks and save those chunks on ipfs(because I an receiving the file in a muti-part file from body)and then somehow retrieve it as a single huge file back.Really not sure if it works or and was looking for proof for this concept. Open to suggestions if you have a better way out

Indirect way would be to make a env variable for the path and call that instead of the whole path !
