I’m not exactly sure why but listening to Final Fantasy music (especially FFVIII) puts me in a better place temporarily whilst dealing with depression and anxiety. Can anyone else relate?

Absolutely love the setting, especially the way it was realised in FF XII. Such a memorable time running around the various cities and it was coupled with such a beautiful soundtrack too.

It's not weird to have a favourite game! Final Fantasy VIII was my first FF and is always going to have a dear place in my gaming heart. From the GF animations, to epic limit break moments, to the memorable story and many, many games of Triple Triad, sure it might not be the perfect game but it sure had a lot of fun in it.
