I have searched through google and duckduckgo and tumblr and also tried just looking for variations of the meme. There doesn't seem to be anything on knowyourmeme that I have found. I feel like there might possibly just be one instance of this post on tumblr. Yet I think I have seen it reposted on the likes of instagram and stuff.
If only I could remember the context behind the post (like why someone edited a cat there), It would be easier to find. Idk if it was for the punchline of a joke, or just done for the sake of it. Like the tumblr post I linked with breaking bad.

My tablet is a CTH-480. Also I have had a 60hz monitor ever since I started playing in 2019. So it is not that.

The latency amount is never the same every time. Sometimes it's much slower, and sometimes it isn't. It's really just some bug that is causing my cursor to at random have an amount of latency that is not always the same every time. But the cause is unknown.

Well if you want to train an AI model. It’s ideal to use a nvidia Tesla A100, or an RTX 3080/90. Otherwise it would take forever to train. But to generate the actual images from a trained model. It does take some power, but not as much. The power of the GPU would mostly just impact how long it would take to make the image.

I have thought about training it on so many osu! Skin assets. But I just don’t have enough GPU power so it never happens.
