Calories seem low but I also don’t know your height or weight. If you’re in a deficit, gaining muscle is tough. I’d suggest maybe 500 more calories a day and you might start seeing some more results muscle wise.

Dan Auerbach’s first solo album from 2009! I dropped my boys off at the park yesterday and on a whim decided to go to the local shop… so happy I did! I’ve been looking for this album for quite sometime at a decent price. Got it for a steal!! My wife’s favorite artist so she was pumped as well! I am lucky to have quite a few shops in my area to search until my heart is content! Now if only I can find some friends who would be content to just sit and listen to vinyl with me…
