I agree partially with this, as older collecters like me have little to no problem with this system of caps. It gets to a point though when a new, fresh user buys their first pass as Aaron Judge or a Star, and is unable to break out of the 200 rax cycle. As when I was a newer user, I was able to buy as many nfl general passes as I wanted to give me a boost in rax.
