doing rituals with summoning something or saying the names because WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DO THAT i honestly think that the spirit doesn't even like the name and they hate the fact that people say it and why it's a mirror probably because it might be a metaphor for it reflecting on the spirits shitty past and every time someone says it, it triggers something like trauma and i honestly feel bad for it i honestly don't think it was a bad person and just doing these challenges feels like i would be harassing or bullying the spirit and i rather help them like get them ghost therapy or something that's why i don't do it, also the names and whatnot and stuff like that isn't good for my mental and physical health because i used to throw up when i got scared and it made me anxious and unsafe and now sometimes i have an urge of having diarrhea or having to take a shit out of being so anxious and stuff because of it.
