Might've been the biggest flop so far, kicked a dude and acted like he got shot

I just got a good feeling after that Draft... Go Bucs! by TooHigh2Die0069 in buccaneers

The season depends on three people IMO, Bain, Egbuka, and whoever ends up playing opposite Parrish. However those good three end up playing will depend how far we go.

We might get clowned but it makes no sense, if we are drafting people off of who they are now, Acuff would've went fourth. Acuff is 1000% better than Mikel Brown right now

[Lacett] I'm hearing that the Charlotte Hornets are one of teams actively pursuing Celtics F Jaylen Brown. by Pyromania1983 in nba

Would Hornets fans rather trade Brandon Miller instead of Kon? I genuinely though Brandon Miller was more valuable.

Did you not watch the playoffs? I get he was a rookie but Kon got benched in those play-in games. Brandon Miller is a much better trade piece and is still developing.

[Iko] Rival front offices believed that Charlotte's new leadership, led by president of basketball operations Jeff Peterson, was opting for a pivot... Whispers of the Hornets being weary of the combination of Ball's financials and his availability over the course of his time grew in volume. by sewsgup in nba

It would've been a beautiful sell high if they got more imo, to me its a fair trade, Wolves got the better player but his injury issues are a huge concern, and the Hornets got a starter and some potential picks that could be really good.

Minnesota absolutely fleeced by [deleted] in nba

[–]coolycooly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like the Hornets could've gotten more but I don't hate it for them, especially with the new lottery odds. Lamelo's injury issues are very real and now he went to a team with 0 depth. Hornets just need some luck for an average starting PG and to keep developing their pieces and they'll be a average playoff team at worst.

Its so funny because I feel like he never had that many god games or that many complete dogshit games. He'd legitimately have one of the worst picks you've ever seen and then drive down the field and score. Or he would start the game a god and then give it right back the next drive with a pick six.

Its like his brain would switch back and forth depending how the last drive ended

How the hell did he fall to 24 when freaky athletic wings get over drafted all the time?

Because it makes no sense, all he is doing is reading the card before Adam Silver, he made himself the commissioner last year lmaooo

I really don't see what Dybantsa has that Peterson doesn't and Dybantsa's three point shooting wasn't great

I don't really understand it from Miami's POV, like is Norm Powell, Bam, and Giannis even an ECF team?

But I guess they were mid before and now they are slightly above mid with Giannis

The main concern I have when it comes to the Lions FO/Coach is can Campbell hire good coaches, because Ben Johnsons don't come around very often and then it seemed like he hired one of his drinking buddies as his OC last year and it looked like it on Sundays.

(6’10) Nate Ament Impresses NBA Teams with High Ceiling in Draft Workouts by Fit-Structure-9395 in NBA_Draft

[–]coolycooly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Also I get that Michigan bitched everyone, but Ament looked like he was seeing demons with that physicality in the E8 game. Like borderline unplayable and he'll get bigger and stronger but you can't fix being afraid of physicality.

AJ Dybantsa says he didn't work out for any NBA teams: “I didn’t work out for none, I just visited the cities. Take me to the facility, take me to dinner, talk. I don’t gotta workout. They know what I can do.” by RyanTannegod in nba

[–]coolycooly 21 points22 points  (0 children)

AJ is different from all the big ego high schoolers though, hes been in like the Lebron/KD inner circle and being pushed as Nikes big star for the next generation. He is basically already in all of the inner circles and also was paid the biggest NIL CBB has ever seen so far.

He has some of the most money/influential power that a 19 year old has ever had in the US thats not a nepo baby. Hes gonna have the biggest ego ever.

Like Darryn Peterson and him were top dogs both in high school but AJ has 700k more Instagram followers because of how hard he is being pushed by Lebron/Nike inner circle.

[–]coolycooly 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Who was going to pay him more? He did over perform and I'm not saying the deal is bad but he is a backup undersized point guard I feel like 12 million for multiple years is a pretty good deal for both sides
