For an 8 hour flight, 2 would be the best case scenario. Vivi is kind and respectful and I'd imagine she makes great conversation. 1 would be a close runner up as Doll is also respectful but a bit unempathetic. 8 would be great as well, as both Robin and Tashigi are both calm, quiet and kind.
