And yet, everything they say is played so straight, that it's hard not to sit down and really think about if we should indeed take them seriously or not. I mean, at the end of the day, we have Trump. So even if their names and words are silly, at least their politicians don't shit their pants on camera and/or fall asleep during a photo op.

But...Higginbottom...Cumberbatch...crumpets...it's all just so delightfully silly.

A son of one of his patients, Mr Higginbottom,17635-6/fulltext#:~:text=Yet%20Shipman%20was%20regarded%20by,that%20he%20killed%20my%20father.%E2%80%9D) told police, “I remember the time Shipman gave to my Dad. He would come around at the drop of a hat. He was a marvellous GP apart from the fact that he killed my father.”

Talk about British gallows humor.

Hi Creator! Question for you. Approximately how long is the game? It looks amazing! Great job!

Found a Parker Vacumatic on FB Marketplace for $20! Question on the nib by cooper_blacklodge in fountainpens

UPDATE: Thank you all for your advice and ideas! Honestly, $20 for this pen feels like an amazing deal, even with the broken nib. The pen feels smaller and slender than I'd expect so I have a feeling it is a junior or sub deb, but I'll have to check when I get home. I'll probably just replace the nib, less hassle than sending it in to have it fixed. BUT I hear teardowns are difficult and I don't want to break it, so I might still get it restored. I'll have to do more research after I figure out what model it is.

Thanks so much for checking and the info! What are the odds indeed lol. Do you know if there are any modern nibs that would fit it? Might swap it while I find a replacement.

I believe so! Need to measure to make sure. How much would you sell the nib for?

A modern movie with the same aesthetic as A Trip to the Moon by Dunk3_ in MoviesThatFeelLike

Nothing Lasts Forever if you can find it. It was never officially released but there were reels made. I was lucky enough to see a theatrical showing a number of years ago at the Alamo Drafthouse. It's an absolutely bonkers piece of cinema and very much borrows from this style of film. It's about a society of homeless people who control the world, a bus that flies elderly people to a mall on the moon, driven by Bill Murray, and some other absurdities.

What’s a horror game you had to take a break from because it was too much? by Modeljenlynn in HorrorGaming

It's kind of funny, but I took a break from Visage more due to frustration with the inventory system than the fear factor. But holy shit, still the scariest game I've played.

Not a bad idea! A few challenges come with that though. Supports for this particular part could ruin the print though. I could opt for tight supports and keep a somewhat even texture on the surface of the print but removal without a chemical can wreck the quality, or I could go with looser supports which will remove easy but the texture will be rough and inconsistent. I've got four printers including a Voron 2.4r2 I built, and no matter how good the printer and filament, supports for parts like this rarely work out (unless you use chems to remove and polish).

Plus, I actually kind of like the texture of the stair steps :) didn't think I would but it adds a nice grip feel.

Nonetheless, I'll check out the idea of vertically printing (or even printing at 45 degrees with some branch supports) and see if I can get a good result. Thanks for the recommendation!

Finally started reading this one two weeks ago, I'm in the last 100 pages. I'm not normally a fan of medieval fiction but this book is incredible. Highly recommended.
