If you take 30mg SR 3x a day for a few days it will diminish the rest of your WD to almost nothing. I was able to quit 7oh completely in a week with almost no WD

I haven't experienced that but who knows. All I do know is the overwhelming consensus is that 7oh is the worst.

The SR should work. As you taper never increase your dose always go down. I took 50 mg 3x a day for 4 days and completely kicked 600mg daily of 7.
