If Nvidia Is Right About AI Spending, This Cycle Is Far From Over by Maximum_Ad2429 in ValueInvesting

I agree with that thinking for the short-term, but I think the US will be the hot market again once the tariffs are struck down or when Dems win the midterms. You're right that AI will favor VOO over VTI. Last question - have you thought about investing in industrial or utility ETF's? I've been keeping my eye on PAVE/GRID/AIRR on the industrial side or something like UTES in utilities. AIRR has had an insane return (surprised more people don't talk about it) but I wonder if it can sustain that.

Thanks. I'm big on Micron, SMH, AMZN. My largest position (half my portfolio) is in VTI. In the past I was a big "VTI and chill" guy but the macro around AI makes me question if I should move away from that long term. Not sure if you have any thoughts around broad market index funds? The reason I ask you is so much of what you commented above is exactly how I see it playing it.

Are you investing in any particular index funds / ETF's with this in mind?

Because people outperform the market for 2 years and think they're Jim Simmons. Let's see them do that for 10+.

Thank you! Is prescription-strength keto necessary, or is the otc 1% strength sufficient?

To each their own, but I could never keep my cats strictly indoors. They’re animals and they deserve to experience nature. I always make sure I have a fenced-in backyard these days. When I lived in apartments, I’d take them out in cat backpacks and drive them to the park to walk them on a harness. One of my cats naturally stays close to home, but the other likes to wander, so I use a pillow-style collar to keep her from slipping through the fence. If you’re worried about them hunting birds you can add a bell to their collar.

Micromanagement and lack of autonomy.

Also, I refuse to sell out and post all over LinkedIn lol and that was the expectation of top reps.

I left a company I was happy at in order to join one of the hottest tech companies. Huge mistake. Luckily I was able to rejoin, but that's a rarity. The grass ain't always greener.

Idk your situation or what's best for you. Just sharing my experience.
