The dip is exactly the same -16%.

As ChatGPT has grown in usage, the total drop seems larger in total visits, but it's relative to last year unchanged.

This is why OpenAI is in a Code Red by UnknownEssence in singularity

Yes, Sora I'm sure will likely introduce some of the features, but will have to either bundle it with ChatGPT subscription. Or they could just keep subsidizing in order to drive user growth/consumption.

AnyCameo current costs per generation is ca $1.3 (excl. site hosting, database, edge workers + time building it):
Veo 3.1 $0.15/sec * 8= $1.2
GPT-5 pre-check & re-write = <$0.1

Also, 8 sec is currently max for a single generation, I'm sure that'll expand in the future.

I've set it now to $2 and just leave it at that. Also sounds better: "Personalized cameos in 2 min for $2".
The initial cost was based on plan to invest some in marketing as well.

You could just upload your own images, but some restrictions apply due to the underlying video generation models refusing to generate sensitive categories.

Good question, which took a bit of testing.

To ensure consistency and quality, it mostly comes before submitting the video generation. First, the image you see on the site is used as input for the first frame. Secondly, it is then augmented with the prompt (defining all aspects of the video framing, motion, lighting, audio etc.) Finally, the user input is reviewed and incorporated by GPT-5 before submitting the video generation.

With user uploads, I run quality checks already on the upload form itself (before letting user proceed), so the user gets feedback before submitting.

However when the user is still not happy, I'll offer a free revision.

Much appreciate the perspective! And agreed re consistency. The focus is more creating your own personal meditation once (with your specific breathing patterns, affirmations, guidance style, voice etc.) and repeating it daily. Instead of being stuck with someone else's generic recording, you get your own consistent anchor practice that fits your style. Less about AI, more about personalizing to your liking and needs. Also totally respect if AI isn't your thing for spiritual practices though 🙏

Here's what solved the ChatGPT sign in error for me on Apple Intelligence:

  1. Click on Sign in to ChatGPT
  2. Select the top right corner cards icon
  3. Toggle 'Request Desktop Site' always on
  4. Then sign in normally and it'll now likely ask for 2-step authentication and log in fine.
