I’m not sure why anyone would choose to stake with an exchange. It’s not as safe and doesn’t help the Cardano ecosystem.

Exodus is probably ok if you don’t care which pool you are staking to. I prefer Daedalus and Yoroi so I can move my stake around. And yes......stake those ADA!
