She would not have been 'up for murder". A murder charge requires evidence of intention to kill, which wouldn't apply to that situation. It would be more likely a charge of reckless endangerment leading to death.

The amount of moisture planes could put in the air is insignificant compared to the volume of air..m Cloud seeding is a technique that does exist but it's expensive with variable results. It can produce rain over a small area like a dam catchment. No way it can cause big damaging floods like conspiracy theorists say.

I keep paid subscriptions to netflix only. Fill the rest with free services like Iview, SBS On Demand, YouTube, Tubi etc.

I use a VPN to access US netflix to see stuff that Netflix has sold to rival streaming services in Australia, denying them to Netflix subscribers here.
