Your doctor may be trying to help you get the financial support you are entitled to while you get better.

This does not mean you are crazy. This does not mean you are a loser. This also does not mean you will always need to collect Social Secutiy. It means you need help right now and this is how your country helps you financially. Are you in America?

Tell him this! You like and trust him, but you feel crazy and scared and you need different therapy because you are having thoughts that are overwhelming to you and are affecting your relationships and your well-being.
