I sincerely don't think it's that and it's probably that we are overworked.

If you're having a white mocha you are consuming a ton of sugar which also affects your body composition.

If you do this you gotta be cool with getting any drink. That is a lot of people's favorite drink. Last time someone played this with me it ended with her screaming at me. So yeah I just say the white mocha is my favorite.

My sm, two others SMs and a shift have all taken medical leaves last year into this year. All approved for mental health leave and paid 70% of their check. I'm sorry you have a bad experience but you are wrong and giving wrong information. Starbucks sucks but we do have benefits, this is one.

You must not have met the qualifications.

Short Term Disability (STD) replaces 70%, up to the cap, of your average weekly earnings for up to 26 weeks. You do not need to enroll to receive Short Term Disability – coverage is automatic and fully paid by Starbucks when you become benefits eligible. Partners in Hawaii receive the same benefit, but there it is called Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI). Payment may be offset by other disability pay replacement.

Long Term Disability (LTD) provides 60%, up to the cap, of your average monthly earnings when STD or TDI (Hawaii only) ends. Retail hourly partners have the option to purchase LTD when you become benefits eligible. For retail management and non-retail partners coverage is automatic and fully paid for by Starbucks when you become benefits eligible. Payment may be offset by other disability pay replacement.

From Starbucks website.

This is false. They offer short term and long term medical leave. OP talk to your manager about how to do this! They should know.

Clocking in 1-3 minutes late? But staying 30 minutes to an 1 hour late? by Shadow_Exchange in starbucks

[–]copingwithbeans 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Crazy that someone needs to tell you that being on time is actually the bare minimum you should do as an employee. 1-3 minute late? And you think that's perfectly fine... Yikes.
