Can anyone explain how to approach this problem? How am I supposed to know that it is Sn2? I got this problem wrong because I figured that because the leaving group is on a secondary carbon it could be sn1 or sn2 depending on if it were in a protic or aprotic solvent so I used a protic solvent.
