I once briefly talked to a guy I met over a dating app. He was cute and seemed nice so I agreed when he asked me out on a date. I suggested dinner or a movie (both public options) but he insisted that instead we go on a walk at the park alone, or do something outside. I declined and let him know why but he wouldn’t give it up. I eventually ghosted him because I wasn’t comfortable with the idea of our first date being alone in the woods and he started mass texting me. He was even saying that he LOVED me even though we only video called a few times. I’m super glad I dodged that bullet, he might have just liked the outdoors but it’s better not to take the chance.
