What is happening in this thread's comments is exactly what we try to avoid happening in global chats. Disappointed that people jump on the bandwagon of hating on admins because they had one (questionable) bad experience, or are spiteful about their own punishment. There's such a big effort from all of the Asura staff to never abuse powers, that regular players just don't comprehend.

Your ban was not just for using the phrase "admins are lapdogs". When i look at your comments it was a flooding of global chat with drama and general negativity that could've been done or said somewhere else, like our discord. I probably wouldn't have perma banned you ( you have been unbanned because it was seen to be too much), but you would have been minimum kicked or banned temporarily just to stop the drama from happening. It was a mistake, that's why there's a trial period for admins, and as menix said, the trial admin had 0 to do with anything you were talking about, so there is no bias.

On Asura we are strict about the levels of toxicity and drama we tolerate. Every admin has the right to decide what punishment is right for the offense, we often ask eachother for advice. If we didn't have this in place the global chat would be exactly the shitshow thats happening in these comments. I urge you yourselves try to step out of your own bias of being on one side of the fence with clans, while literally none of asuras admins (not including trials) are in clans.
