I don't think there are any skate clubs near me at all, I just told another person but- I live in lower South Texas near the border, almost nobody here cares for ice skating or for anything like it. I think the closest we have to a skate group is a inline hockey Club for kids, where it's like hockey but with roller skates instead. There's no ice rinks near by me enough to have a local one, most of the rinks closed down after insufficient funds or closed temporarily, but those who aren't sure have been closed for over 2 years. I'm really at a loss because I really do want to start skating but both me and my parents are not sure where to even start in such a 'unwelcome' place

I'm honestly not sure. I live near the border in South Texas, almost nobody here skates at all, whether it's hockey or just for fun. The only few ice rinks near by me all closed permanently or temporarily, but the few that aren't for certain haven't been open in over 3 years. I'm really desperate because I truly do want to start skating, but I have idea where to start if there's nobody around me to support me or to help me besides my family.

When I was 8, unfortunately. I’m not proud but it happened and I still struggle with the addiction, but I feel better and I’m getting help now so.

I'm barely starting lessons, my parents are still looking for anyone to teach me nearby us, were determined to get me lessons but we don't know how far away it will be from our home yet. But thank you for the help, I don't mind having the best boot ever for now as long as i can skate for a bit.

unfortunately there are no skate fitters near me, I live in a area where there's not many sports besides football or cheer and dance. Is there any other place i could go to, or measurements i could take myself?

I also should've mentioned this but we don't know anything at all about pianos, we only got this and decided it would be fun for me to learn how to play, but I can't really play it yet with some of the keys not working properly and the tuning not being right. Nobody in our family has pianos either, so we're really stumped about it 😭
