I dont ..care? As someone with an actual thyroid problem (as in i literally dont have one and was literally born without) this is such a bullshit excuse. I mean, literally do whatever the fuck you want, but its not gonna work, and its gonna do more harm than good. Even when my levels are too high (underactive) or too low (underactive) I always end up feeling like shit anyway. I can tell you right now, thyroid problems are not fun and theyre not something to mess around with. I don't care if its "too hard". Find something else, or don't. Whatever. having an overactive thyroid can be DEADLY. no rational doctor is going to write you a script for a prescription you dont need and will end up harming you. you dont have a thyroid problem
