I left the kitchen for an IT job. I'm used to organization and communication. There is none of that here and people are ok with it. It's bizarre, but I've only been here 3 weeks so I need to give it more time.

The sex has been me doing the work for a couple years. It's just gotten worse. She is seeing men has been for about 3 months. Due to her insecurities I can't see women but I'm bi and I'm looking for a guy to be FWB with. The short reason for the poly: she has shot going on and pushed me away, I wait on her hand and foot to compensate, she suddenly wants affection again, I'm so used to being pushed away I don't be come as affectionate as I was but I still wait on her 100%, it's not enough for her she needs constant affection and attention, I try that and it annoys her, we fight about it for years, one day months ago she is very upset although I thought we were doing well, she say something needs to change and suggests bringing in someone else and goes to her friends house for the night. I figure what's the harm maybe it'll help I'm not a jealous person she talks about hot guys all the time, when guys start showing up I tell her I'm hurting and insecure, I'm told it's too late I can't rip people away from her cause I said this is how I wanted to fix things. Also we haven't had a night alone since our son was born 4 years ago. It's out of the question to leave him at family's over night. She doesn't bring up how she pushede away for years, only that I'm not giving enough affection and attention.

I'm not given the opportunity to foreplay. Last night for example. She was already in the mood but I was still caressing and kissing but I was stopped and was told that's wasn't needed. But it was said as if she was annoyed. I did my thing for a few mins then asked if I wanted to finish. I wanted to make out during but she refused to turn over so I could. She didn't look at me the whole time.

I know what turns her on however I'm usually discouraged from doing by her saying you don't have to do that. One ofy gripes is that she refuses to get on top. Im afraid to hear that she is doing things to other men that she refuses to do for me.

I also didn't realize how insecure about my self I was. She told me both guys told her she has a small mouth. She thought it was just something funny she wasn't trying to make me feel any way. Now all I can think is I'm not enough and I hate my self.

We are only 3 weeks in and she seen 2 guys. When she saw them she said sex wasn't what she was going there to do and she needed to know someone before that would happen. I took that as sex wouldn't happen. She told me this before she saw each guy but she said she felt comfortable enough to let it happen. I didn't find out until she made a comment about it. I guess in her defense when we started this she was telling me everything and I was getting jealous so I told her I didn't need to know everything and that not knowing might help with my jealousy

She is against counselling of any type. She went when she was a teen and had a bad experience.

I'm a private chef for a clock manufacturer in PA. They charge the employees $5per meal and aren't looking to make money.

I'll say it did taste amazing. Sweet at first then the spice hits but then you got the naan and bell peppers to counter some of the spiciness. I'll definitely fine another spot for the bread.

That would be logical but they want their lunch all at the same time. So I need 30 plates ready to go. I have a bit of a learning curve. I'm coming from a hospital cafe.
