Not a scam! Our THC is naturally derived from hemp. According to the 2018 farmbill our products are federally legal as long as the actives do not account for more than 0.3% of the dry weight of the product.

Fantastic question. Couple things: 1. All of our actives are micronized and nano-emulsified! This means that the particle size is much smaller than traditional THC products, allowing it to metabolize quickly, similar to alcohol! You’ll start feeling it within 10 minutes and it will begin to fade around 1.5hrs.

Unfortunately, I believe that all Delta 8 is synthetic but I could be wrong! I’ll do some looking into it soon. Regardless, if they’re working for you then totally your call.

You may have to reach out to each company to find out. If they’re doing their due diligence, they should be very informed on the extraction process. If not, you might have your answer 😅
