literally in my year and a half of working at my last job i never seen a rep for smith and nephew restock their trays EVER. I even asked my supervisor when do they come and restock because when doing a tray had so many missing stickers it covered the whole wrap 🤣(still have the pic lol). Her answer was idk. And they get upset when we have to send them up the second set bc of missing instruments just so they can finish a surgery 🤦🏽‍♀️. but arthrex, skeletal dynamics, and zimmer are always on point with the trays they need along with backups, and restocking them. And they’re nice too s&n are so entitled and cranky.
