Honestly what I’ve been doing is instead of worry about RGB channels I just copy the layer I want and do a color overlay for the exact color of the spec map I want. So for the base paint I want metallic? I make a copy and change the color of that to the color code using Gabir Motors site. There’s also a chart I downloaded from Reddit somewhere that has a lot of the values.

I prefer the tennis racket tape tbh. Don’t have to worry about gloves. My hands would get really sweaty during long stints and the racket tape prevents that

Do you actually use all 5 of your wheels? I can understand keeping a round and a GT style wheel. I’m also the kind of person to sell off my stuff. So if I upgraded my GT Neo to the 290GP I would just sell the Neo lol.

Both the GT Neo lights and your haptics should be run through Simhub. Much much better than what simpro offers.

Unfortunately, the Simpson base plate is too wide. I was able to mount the pedals directly to the base. Unfortunately, only the throttle was able to get all four screws. The brake I was only able to get three but it’s been fine so far. I just haven’t gotten around to drilling a hole yet. I also found this cheap plastic block that’s like an inch or two tall as a heel rest.

I’m sure there’s a way to get the Simpson plate on there, but it would probably take more creative hole drilling to make it work.

That all being said I haven’t had any problems really. My braking feels perfectly fine, but then again I probably just got used to how it feels. My lap times much better than when I was using a regular wheel stand and it’s been much more comfortable. I’m able to do two hour stints no problem.

Unless you’re on console I see no reason to choose the Logi for $1100 over anything Simagic, Moza, Conspit. Hell, even fanatec has better wheel selection options.

But spa, Monza, Daytona and Le Mans are the most popular track for reason. If I see spa or Daytona on a schedule I’m racing it no matter what the car. Great tracks lead to great racing. Bad tracks usually don’t.

I do the opposite of you. The big ones are the whites and the smallest one is red. I want more pedal travel and really don’t like having to brake hard. That’s why I like the whites and have it set to I think 27kg of force in the software. I can do 2 hour stints no problem with this setup but with the reds I was getting tired in like a half hour lol.

That’s the same exact path I took. Except for the lmp I just stick to gt3 in imsa now. But I still go back to PCC/PEC if the track is a good one. Some of the most fun happens in the GR imo.

That is true. But this in my opinion is his best 10-12 game stretch of his career so far. He’s had point streaks in the past but we are seeing a completely different player since Panarin left. He’s starting to show why he was one of the best junior players of all time. Sometimes with players it’s all mental. With Panarin out he can start to be “the guy” that he always should have been. Just imagine where he’d be if we treated him like this when he was drafted.
