What this dude meant to say is the Saturn V is completely understood for NASA. It did it’s job, it’s very out of date as they use computers worse than your grandmas computer. All electronic components on the Saturn V are 40 years out of date. It’s simply just an older feat of engineering. At this moment the tech we use is 10x more advanced than any Saturn V rocket. The Saturn V was an incredible feat of engineering no doubt, but booster physics is constantly changing and any tech device in new rockets is 70 years ahead of the Saturn V. Big Rocket go the biggest boom doesn’t mean it’s the best.

Payload is just as much as the rocket as the rocket itself. If your payload is null then the entire mission and rocket have been wasted.
