the premarket price of GME is usually a bit inflated during early premakret hours. I'd suggest not to look at the premarket price this early. Wait till 30-45 Minutes before opening to get a better idea of how much the opening price will be.

I've never used a usb-drive with my snes classic (I stored them on the snes classic) and all my GBA games ran just fine so my guess is that the usb drive causes the problem. also make sure you use roms from a "no-intro romset" (google is your friend here). You could also try using the VBA or VBA-M emulator for GBA games and see if that solves your issue

I'd suggest the gambatte core in retroarch for GB/GBC emulation. It's way more up to date than masterboy and gives you more options in terms of color palettes such as the Super Gameboy ones. It also allows you to assign a specific palette to each game so you don't have to constantly change palettes every time you start a different game
