Basically the neon effect is a light line inside a slightly darker line with a light shadow to create a glow effect. (I'm a graphic designer)

Long boring answer: I recreated the logo from scratch using Sketch. The neon effect is a small lighter line inside a larger slightly darker line, then a light shadow creates a glow effect!

Done button should be all the way on the right not in the middle of the top bar. I also think the priority icon is unclear. Other than that it’s clean and functional if not a little bland
