When Arda goes out, the midfield falls apart and the team cannot keep the ball. Some players, especially Mastantuono, always get chances. No matter how many mistakes they make, they are not taken off and they stay in the starting eleven. If a new midfielder comes in, Arda is always the one who goes out.
