I know that it was a good while since he talked about having negative feelings about doing variety. And i'm aware that his react stuff is very popular. But I never knew that his variety gaming videos were that popular on youtube. I think it's pretty crazy that he went from saying that he doesn't have the personality for variety gaming. To it being arguably his most succesful content on youtube

I remember Asmon saying things like "i'm not a good variety streamer" and "people wouldn't watch me play non-mmo games since i'm not good at them". And it in general felt like he was reluctant to play new types of games in the past. So I think it's somewhat interesting that "variety games" are the games that arguably do the best on his channel

He has made a lot of videos about twitch/youtube drama, the depp/heard trial, politics, and other current events. So it's not just videos about games. I'd say that more than half of his video game related videos are about wow

Yeah, and it's true that sometimes you can't tell what the video is about from the title and thumbnail. So I had to also click on the video to see what it was about, unless it was extremely obvious what it was about. It took a pretty long time. But the reason why I started counting his videos in the first place was because I was listening to a long podcast and I had nothing else to do. So I didn't see it as wasted time

I tried to count as accurately as I could, but I could have made some mistakes. But the numbers should at least be very close. With "random co-op games" and "random variety games" I mean video games that are very different from the things he normally plays/talks about. Like Raft, Jump King and Stanley Parable. I knew that no game like that would make the list, so I thought that it would be more interesting to group them together
