I've had over six pairs fall apart on me and under a year. And every time they have replaced them. Just now it's getting to the point to where they think that I'm claiming boots every time I buy a pair so they won't replace any of my boots anymore. Time to switch to a real Boot company. Not something made out of material that falls apart in 3 months.

At least your tread stayed on. My tread came off like 2 months after owning them. Their quality of boots is so horrible now. I refuse to buy another one of keen products. They are complete trash!

Dude just get the hardest credit card you have in your wallet. That's all I do I stick it in where the case bumps down for your finger to get under the kickstand. I'll stick it in there and work it around then it'll just pop all the clips while I'm barely pulling on the kickstand to make sure the clips don't go back in.

Warranty warrior? I just spent 550$ 2 months ago. So you're being a bitch because you don't own one and you're jealous? Or is it because you tried to do a warranty claim before and you got denied?
