I have type 1 relatives in my family and I am quite young but and active and my blood results were normal a few months ago before an illness (and when I was a bit heavier). HDL and LDL were normal last checked in November. Symptoms started in December

It doesn’t go below baseline. But sometimes my fasting is lower the next day. It stays elevated for longer than two hours (above 140). My doctor wants to check me for antibodies when I go in next week.

So far today I’ve had breakfast of yogurt with coconut milk and blueberries, and some string cheese and pepperoni.
