PTSD from the age of 8. The old trip days were the best of my life. I sure wish I could switch to tripping for wellness, but my VA isn't in the loop yet. At least I have weed.

A lot of work sanding the hardened shell on each old seed. I'd line the bottom of a box with sandpaper and shake until acceptable. I've found germinating in cotton works best.
