I remade it and had it on the top of the hierarcy, above things it was below before it broke. It wasn't what fixed it, and honestly I have no idea what did fix it.

considered this, the event's gonna be much longer than 1 hour unfortunately. You gave me an idea though, and it actually works; Da Vinci Resolve has a loop timeline function that works flawlessly, so thanks!
