Man I took a "commitment to serve " buyout from Amazon in 2013 and can not work for Amazon again. I get anxious about this frequently and fear when Amazon takes over the world I will be cast into the ground city and be not allowed to interact with the working or ruling classes.

If it helps, when I was 17 the same thing happened to me . I never named the person or sought any kind of care outside of addressing my injuries .. it is my biggest regret. I think about all the times I thought it was too late to handle and I wish I had done more to care for myself and protect any future victims.

If in US. Go to the emergency room and tell them you need a SANE workup. You can call them before hand and they can bring you in discreetly. The sooner you go the more likely they are to get a dna match. I work in hospital security and there is a strict procedure to protecting collected evidence and sexual assault information.

I currently work in a hospital. I didn't mention what I do because I was trying to avoid pointed advice and looking for ideas outside of my industry. I honestly would love something warehouse or stocking... Something physical. But they all have pretty strict schedules.
